The ABC of the permanent magnets of neodymium

Neodymium magnets are currently the world's strongest permanent magnets. Neodymium is a chemical element, which is counted among the rare earths. In the production of permanent magnets, including our disc magnets, neodymium iron and boron is made into an alloy, which carries the chemical name NdFeB. This alloy contains a permanent magnetism that persists up to a temperature of +80 degrees Celsius permanently. However, our range also includes versions of the disc magnets tolerate higher temperatures without demagnetization. Please do not try to cut permanent magnets. The high cutting temperature would destroy the magnetic field.

Potmagnets from tiny to 20+ with great adhesion

Our smallest neodymium magnets contribute 1 x 1 mm already a load of 30 grams. A common specimen of 25 mm x 10 brings it to 15 kilograms. Our range is divided into three diameter ranges

  • 1 to 9 mm
  • 10 to 19 mm as well as
  • 20 mm and bigger.

The term "Grade Nxx" refers to the energy density, the possible maximum currently stands at N52. According to the thickness you affordable and in an excellent price-performance ratio select your required disc magnets.
